Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

  • To secure a photography session, a non-refundable booking fee of 15 percent is required.

  • Full payment for the photography services must be made 1 day prior to the scheduled session date.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellations:

  • Clients may reschedule a session with at least 1 week notice notice, subject to availability.

  • In the event of a cancellation, the booking fee is non-refundable, and any additional payments made will be refunded.​

3. Client Cooperation:

  • Clients are responsible for the behavior of all individuals involved in the session.

  • Yuki Soda is not responsible for non-cooperation, disruptive behavior, or refusal of subjects to participate.

4. Image Delivery:

  • The final edited images will be delivered within 1 week.

  • Yuki Soda retains the copyright to all images but grants clients personal use rights.

5. Editing and Retouching:

  • Yuki Soda will provide basic editing and retouching of images.

  • Extensive retouching requests may incur additional charges.

6. Usage Rights:

  • Clients are granted personal use rights for the images, including printing and sharing on social media.

  • Commercial use or publication requires prior written consent and may involve additional fees.

7. Image Storage:

  • Yuki Soda will store images for a period of 6 months

  • Clients are encouraged to download and back up their images promptly.

8. Model Release:

  • Clients grant Yuki Soda the right to use images for promotional purposes unless a written request for privacy is submitted.

9. Liability:

  • Yuki Soda is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses during the photography session.

  • Clients are responsible for their safety and the safety of their belongings.

10. Force Majeure:

  • Yuki Soda is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or equipment failure.

11. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

12. Changes to Terms:

  • Yuki Soda reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
